Exhibition Stall Design Services for Trade Shows Worldwide
Before a single word is spoken at a trade show, your stall has already made a judgment call on behalf of your brand. Over 60% of trade show attendees decide within 3 seconds whether to enter a stall or walk past. In those 3 seconds, your exhibition stall design does all the work.

What Is Exhibition Stall Design?
Exhibition stall design is the professional discipline of planning, visualising, and specifying every element of a brand's physical presence at a trade show or expo. It covers spatial planning (how people move through the space), visual communication (what they see and read), product display strategy (how your products are presented), conversation zones (where sales conversations happen), and lighting design (how the space feels).
The output is a set of approved 2D floor plans and photorealistic 3D renders that show exactly how your stall will look before a single panel is fabricated — allowing you to make changes inexpensively at the design stage, not expensively on the show floor.
Types of Exhibition Stall Layouts We Design
Exhibition stalls are categorised by the number of open sides — which depends on their position within the exhibition hall. Krrish Creation has extensive experience designing all types.
1 Side Open Stall Design
Three enclosed walls, one open front facing the main aisle. The most common type at Indian trade shows. Design focus is on a powerful back wall with large format graphics, bold branding, and structured product display.
2 Side Open Stall Design
Corner position — two sides face aisles, two sides enclosed. More entry opportunities and higher footfall. We design wrap-around branding strategies that look equally compelling from both open sides.
3 Side Open Stall Design
Peninsula position — three accessible sides. Excellent visitor flow with the ability to create distinct zones: product display, consultation, and reception — all within a coherent design.
Island Stall Design (4 Side Open)
Premium format — surrounded by aisles on all four sides. Maximum visibility, double-deck capability, large demonstration areas, immersive brand experiences. Sizes from 36 sqm to 300+ sqm.
Our Exhibition Stall Design Process
Every stall we design goes through a structured six-stage process. The design stage is where problems should be found and solved — not on the show floor at 11pm the night before the exhibition opens.
Brief & Discovery
We begin with a detailed brief call or written brief document. We learn about your brand, products, objectives, target visitor profile, stall dimensions, exhibition venue, and any mandatory brand guidelines. We also ask about previous exhibitions — what worked, what did not.
Venue & Competitor Research
We research the exhibition venue — floor plan, height restrictions, aisle widths, lighting conditions, and any specific regulations. We also study how your competitors present themselves at similar shows.
Concept Ideation
Our designers create 2–3 distinct design concepts in 2D floor plan format. Each concept takes a different approach — one might prioritise product display, another might prioritise open space, a third might maximise branding impact.
3D Visualisation
The approved concept is developed into photorealistic 3D renders. You will see your stall from multiple angles — visitor approach view, internal view, aerial view, and key product display areas.
Review & Revision
We revise the 3D design based on your feedback. Changes at this stage are fast and inexpensive. We continue revising until you are completely satisfied. There is no artificial limit on revisions.
Production-Ready Technical Drawings
Once approved, our team produces a full set of technical drawings — structural plans, material specifications, graphic file layouts, lighting schematics, and electrical requirements — handed directly to our fabrication team.
5 Design Elements That Separate High-Performing Stalls
After designing stalls for hundreds of trade shows, Krrish Creation has identified five elements that consistently differentiate the highest-performing stalls from those that blend into the background.
Bold, Distant-Readable Brand Presence
Your brand name and primary message must be legible from at least 10–15 metres away. This means large format typography, high contrast colours, and elevated signage. Visitors scan the horizon of a trade show hall — if your brand is not visible at distance, many potential visitors will never come close enough to engage.
One Clear Message
The biggest design mistake at trade shows is trying to say too many things at once. A stall covered in ten different product messages communicates nothing. The most effective stalls lead with one powerful headline message — and deliver the details through supporting displays, brochures, and conversations.
A Structured Visitor Journey
Great stall design is spatial storytelling. Visitors should move through your stall in a natural sequence — from attraction at the perimeter, to product discovery in the middle, to conversation in a dedicated area. This journey should feel intuitive, not forced.
A Dedicated Conversation Zone
Every exhibition stall should have at least one area where your team can have a private, unhurried conversation with a potential customer. Even a high-top table with two stools positioned away from the main aisle can transform the quality of conversations you have at a show.
A Professional Lighting Plan
Lighting transforms a stall from functional to immersive. Spotlights on key products, backlit graphic panels, LED accent strips on counters, and halo-lit signage above the stall — together, these create a stall that looks dramatically more professional and draws visitors from further away.
